Meet Dan! In his role as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Sustainability, Dan is responsible for a wide range of strategic programs including master facility planning, facility capital planning, design standards, and sustainability programs. Dan partners with Medxcel and client leaders to understand their goals and align them with appropriate facility solutions. Dan and his team are tasked with expanding Medxcel’s focus on sustainability and helping customers achieve their environmental stewardship and sustainability goals.
 

Meet Joy! Joy is the Manager of Regulatory Compliance Support for Medxcel. In her role Joy leads Medxcel’s team of Facilities Support Managers who are responsible for implementing policies, procedures, processes, ad providing training to support of the Facility Management Operating system (FMOS®) for Medxcel’s operations across the United States. Through her team of Compliance Support Managers, Joy holds primary responsibility for assuring those policies, procedures, and protocols are implemented, enabling standardization, training, optimization, and compliance of facility operations.

 

Meet Elyssa! Elyssa is a Real Estate Director, responsible for Medxcel’s real estate services delivery and oversight of real estate operations for her assigned region. In her role Elyssa develops, implements, and aligns operational goals to the strategic direction of each customer organization. She leads the management of real estate transactions and operations and manages a team of portfolio and property managers serving customers within the region, ensuring service excellence for all partners and customers.

 

Meet Kenny! Kenny is a Safety Officer II for Medxcel in Indiana. In his position he is responsible for the Environment of Care Program and sits on the hospital committees for Environment of Care, Safety, and Emergency Management. As a safety professional, Kenny is responsible for coordinating, collecting, disseminating, and intervening in all areas of safety and is accountable for identifying, preventing, and controlling hazards within the facility. 

Meet Chelsea! Chelsea is a Safety Officer II for Medxcel in Wisconsin. In her position she is responsible for the Environment of Care Program and sits on the hospital committees for Environment of Care, Safety, and Emergency Management. As a safety professional, Chelsea is responsible for coordinating, collecting, disseminating, and intervening in all areas of safety and is accountable for identifying, preventing, and controlling hazards within the facility. Chelsea works with the customer and the Medxcel compliance team to maintain continuous survey readiness, complying with all regulatory agencies.

Meet Dan! Dan is a Landscaping Supervisor at a hospital campus in southeastern Wisconsin. In his role Dan supervises the horticulture requirements and the landscaping team at his assigned customer site. Dan and his team perform a variety of landscaping duties such as planting, weeding, digging, spreading topsoil and other materials, general lawn maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, and seasonal lawn preparation. They also handle snow removal seasonally for the hospital campus.

 

Meet Jonathan! Jonathan is the Regional Landscaping Operations Manager for Medxcel customer sites in the southern region. In his role, Jonathan oversees all landscaping operations in his region, provides leadership for the landscaping managers and supervisors in his region, and works alongside other operational leaders to develop, implement, and monitor goals, policies and procedures. Jonathan assists his teams in achieving their goals, delivering service excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Meet Casey! In her role as the Vice Preside of Human Resources, Casey is responsible for the entire human resources function including developing and implementing strategies for talent development, acquisition, and HR services. Casey partners with the Medxcel leadership team to develop business strategies that address the talent capabilities and needs to advance Medxcel and its clients. The HR team creates and implements programs designed to attract, motivate, develop, and retain top talent within the industry, creating career paths and development opportunities for associates and leaders.

Meet Greg! In his role as Director of Fire Systems, Greg is responsible for the strategy, direction, organization, and administration of Medxcel’s national fire systems program. He assists in developing and executing the policies and procedures of the program to support fire systems and safety compliance for Medxcel customers.
 

Meet JD! In his role as Chief Information Officer (CIO), JD partners with business stakeholders on the strategic technology roadmap and options for innovation aligning with Medxcel’s goals and objectives. His Information Technology (IT) team provides an agile cohesive portfolio of technology solutions to meet the needs of Medxcel, our clients, and changing market conditions.
 

Meet Stephen! Stephen is the Landscaping Director for Medxcel where he is responsible for leading Medxcel’s landscaping operations at client sites across the country. He and his team are responsible for client satisfaction, capital development, cost savings programs, and global best practices in the field of healthcare landscaping. Stephen works alongside Medxcel operational leaders to develop, implement, and monitor goals, policies, and procedures. Stephen ensures that landscaping teams achieve balance between service delivery, cost, and efficiencies while continuously improving operating effectiveness and client satisfaction.
 

Meet Scott! In his role as the Vice President, Emergency Management, Environment of Care and Safety, Scott oversees those operational areas for Medxcel healthcare customers across the country. Scott provides leadership, expertise, and drives the vision for integrated emergency management, general safety, security, fire protection, life safety, and accident prevention programs. Scott and his teams build collaborative partnerships with healthcare leaders, local, state, regional and federal stakeholders to share and coordinate information and activities leading to safe, healthy communities.
 

Meet Lee! In her role as Director, Customer Experience Center, Lee is responsible for two customer service teams, the Client Experience Center (CEC) and the Client Solution Center (CSC). These teams contribute to the retention and satisfaction of Medxcel clients through a focus on customer service and operational service standards. Lee develops and implements customer service strategies and processes that allow the teams to provide exceptional service support for customers and Medxcel field associates. Lee and her leaders work together to ensure that their frontline team members are trained and prepared to assist customers and have all the resources needed to quickly bring issues to resolution.
 

Meet Joe! Joe is a Plumber III at a Medxcel customer site in Oklahoma. In his role, Joe is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal within the facility. He coordinates with others to ensure that all projects are completed on time, and in compliance with all safety and building codes. As a team lead, Joe helps to train new associates and serves as a plumbing subject matter expert within his site.
 

Meet Dan! Dan is a Construction Project Manager III for Medxcel in Texas. In his role, Dan plans, tracks, and evaluates complex capital projects including scope, schedule, and budget as part of the Medxcel Planning, Design, & Construction team. Construction project managers review plans and assure compliance with all engineering-related safety codes, regulations, and accrediting agencies that apply to construction in healthcare facilities. Dan is responsible for monitoring implementation of Quality Assurance for his assigned projects and addresses any technical design and construction issues, identifying alternative solutions, and making recommendations to keep projects moving forward within scope and budget.
 

Meet Jeffrey! Jeffrey is a Facility Manager at a client site in Alabama. In his role, Jeffrey manages the daily operations of the maintenance and facilities department for his facility. He and his team ensure that the property operates safely and efficiently and is in compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety guidelines while maintaining service excellence
 

Meet David! David is an HVAC Tech II at a Medxcel client site in Kansas. In his role, David installs, operates, and maintains the hospital’s heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. He is responsible for identifying and completing needed repairs and assists with the installation of replacement equipment when needed. David and his team conduct preventative maintenance and upgrades to the HVAC systems and equipment and assist other teams within Medxcel as needed.
 

Meet Kristen! In her role as regional director construction, Kristen is responsible for oversight of all Medxcel Planning Design and Construction projects and project managers in her territories. She works alongside facilities management and customer leadership teams to ensure the successful coordination, implementation, and completion of all capital construction, expansion, and renovation projects. She focuses on the overall effectiveness of the design and construction and alignment with the mission and strategy of Medxcel and the customer.
 

Meet Jessica! Jessica is a Construction Project Coordinator for Medxcel, serving the Kansas/Oklahoma region. In her role, Jessica coordinates capital projects for her region’s construction team. She ensures there is alignment and communication with all involved departments, and that construction software systems are updated to streamline all aspects of construction projects.
 

Meet Jeff! Jeff is a Medxcel Landscaping Supervisor in Oklahoma. In his role Jeff and his team are responsible for managing the landscaping and horticulture requirements at their assigned facilities. Jeff helps to supervise his landscaping team providing them with support and training and is knowledgeable about the operation of a variety of landscaping equipment, horticultural practices, and plant and pest management.

Meet Paul!  Paul is the Facilities Manager at a hospital system in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In his role Paul manages the daily operations of the maintenance and facilities department to ensure that all customer goals are met while delivering service excellence. Paul assists in developing and executing the strategic direction of the facility and ensures safe and efficient operations on site in compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Charles oversees the national elevator program for Medxcel. In his role he is responsible for managing the nationwide elevator portfolio and vendor contracts for Medxcel customer sites. As part of the Planning, Design and Construction team, he also assists with analyzing vertical transportation needs for complex capital projects.
 

Meet Vicente! Vicente is an HVAC Tech II at a Medxcel client hospital in Kansas. In his role, he is responsible for maintaining the organization’s heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. He and his team identify repair and replacement needs and complete repairs and equipment installation as needed. Vicente conducts preventative maintenance and upgrades on the HVAC system equipment and assists other Medxcel departments as needed.
 

Meet Tyris! Tyris is a Facilities Manager for a Medxcel client in Jacksonville, Florida. As Facilities Manager, Tyris manages the daily operations of the maintenance and facilities department at his assigned hospital. He and his team ensure that the facility operates safely and efficiently and remains in compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety guidelines while maintaining service excellence.  Tyris works with both Medxcel and client leadership to align organizational goals and objectives.
 

Meet Megan! Megan is a Regulatory Compliance Manager III where she helps lead the implementation of Medxcel’s operating system. She assesses new and existing clients for operational and regulatory compliance and provides operational and regulatory support to Medxcel facilities.

 

Meet Alenna! Alenna is a Workforce and Report Analyst for Medxcel. In her role, Alenna supports the Client Experience and Solution Center (CEC) team by helping to standardize, optimize, and automate key staffing and forecasting processes supporting associate engagement. She works with key stakeholders within Medxcel to ensure that department resources are optimized.

Meet Kathryn! As an Energy Project Manager, Kathryn is responsible for energy related initiatives associated with facility infrastructure, supply and demand side operational risks, and development of optimized infrastructure solutions associated with energy spend.

Meet Carrie! As Marketing Manager, Carrie leads the team responsible for creating and implementing market and customer brand messaging and materials to support the commercial growth of Medxcel. She works with organizational leaders to guide development and execution of marketing plans. The marketing team also holds responsibility for strategic marketing analysis, customer and brand experience, brand growth, project management and delivery, sales support, and customer engagement.

Meet Joseph! Joseph is the Facility Manager at a customer hospital site in Illinois. In his role Joseph manages the daily operations of the maintenance and facilities department to ensure that the customer goals are reached while delivering service excellence. He assists in developing and executing the strategic direction of the facility and ensures safe and efficient operations on site in compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Meet Latasha! Latasha is a Maintenance Mechanic I at a Medxcel client hospital in Oklahoma. In her role, she performs routine and preventative maintenance duties at her site. She performs preventive maintenance troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs a variety of mechanical systems and equipment at her client facility.

 

Meet Ricky! Ricky is a Carpenter II at a Medxcel customer site in Florida. In his position, Ricky is responsible for carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks at his facility. He repairs fixtures such as doors, locks, and cabinets. Ricky also primes, paints and stains surfaces in the hospital including walls, ceilings, equipment, and furniture.
 

Meet Billie! Billie is a Payroll Analyst I working out of the Medxcel Corporate Office in Indianapolis. In her role Billie is responsible for compiling, entering, posting, and reconciling payroll data. She and her team maintain accurate payroll records and assist Medxcel employees with questions pertaining to company policies and procedures.

Meet Kelly! Kelly is a Resource Director for Medxcel. In her role, Kelly acts a liaison between the site teams and the overall Medxcel Facilities Management team. Members of the resource team work with Medxcel leadership to take on a variety of assignments as needed including temporarily backfilling vacant positions and working on special projects.
 

Meet Sarah! Sarah is an Electrician II for Medxcel in Michigan. In her role Sarah is responsible for maintenance and repair of electrical systems and wiring, equipment, and appliances. She diagnoses malfunctioning systems and components, using test equipment and tools to locate the causes of breakdowns and to correct issues.

Meet Annette! Annette is a Fire Systems Tech I for Medxcel in Novi, Michigan. In her role, Annette is responsible for the testing of the fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and related equipment at her site. She performs preventive maintenance and inspections of the life safety systems and equipment and is the subject matter expert on fire alarms and fire suppression.
 

Meet Daniel! Daniel is a Resource Director for Medxcel. In his role, Daniel acts a liaison between the site teams and the overall Medxcel Facilities Management team. Meet Shawn! Shawn holds the role of Building Performance Standards Manager for Medxcel. In her role, Shawn is responsible for understanding customer facility expectations and evaluation of building performance, using evidence to support planning and design standards. She collaborates with subject matter experts within Medxcel and its customers, utilizing analysis to optimize standards across multiple factors and variables. Shawn is responsible for managing two processes: evaluation of building performance and the creation of new standards and upgrading of existing standards. Her work will help Medxcel develop a body of knowledge that is unique to the healthcare marketplace.
 

Meet Rob! Rob is a Fire Systems Technician III for Medxcel serving customers in Indiana. He serves as the team lead for the local Medxcel Fire Systems team and is responsible for leading the team as they maintain, install, repair, test and inspect fire systems and sprinkler equipment in their assigned facilities.

Meet Rachel! Rachel is a Facilities Supervisor in the Chicago area, responsible for the day-to-day direction of her facilities department staff at a customer’s healthcare facility. She assists in setting strategic direction to achieve operational and financial goals for safety, utility and building systems. Her team ensures physical plant efficiency and cost minimization through preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling, energy management and regulatory compliance.

Meet Lisa! Lisa is a Client Experience Coordinator Sr. for Medxcel. In her role she provides exceptional service to Medxcel customers, business leaders and client-based technicians to dispatch service requests. She is responsible for documenting reported issues and works with Medxcel technicians to resolve incidents to enable customers to deliver quality care to their patients.

Meet Josh! Josh is a Fire Systems Technician III for Medxcel in Birmingham, Alabama. In his role, Josh serves as the lead for the local Medxcel Fire Systems team. He is responsible for leading the team as they maintain, install, repair, test and inspect fire systems and sprinkler equipment.

Meet Bec! Bec is the Manager of Landscaping for Medxcel customers for the Wisconsin region. In her role, Bec is responsible for managing all landscaping operations within her region. She schedules her team and coordinates needed equipment and materials to ensure that all work is completed within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. As manager she promotes the growth and development of her team and assists them as needed.
 

Meet Jorge! Jorge is a Facilities Supervisor in Texas. In his role Jorge provides direction and leadership to the staff within the facilities department at his client site. He assists in setting the strategic direction to meet operational and financial goals, maintaining safety, utilities, and building systems. As Facilities Supervisor, Jorge also helps to ensure that all site regulatory and safety compliance is appropriately documented.

Meet Kelly! Kelly is a Contracting Consultant working out of the Medxcel Corporate Office. In her role Kelly supports the execution and monitoring of national, regional, and local contracts and agreements supporting Medxcel. She partners with internal stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met at all Medxcel customer sites.

Meet Heather! Heather is a Real Estate Property Manager II in the Southeast region of Wisconsin. In her role, Heather manages leases and properties for her assigned portfolios. She focuses on managing relationships, within Medxcel, with clients, and with third-property vendors to ensure that properties are professionally operated according to real estate strategies of Medxcel and the client.
 

Meet Kellie! Kellie holds the role of Compliance Analyst and Support for Medxcel at the corporate office in Indianapolis. Kellie and her team support the Program Management and Compliance teams. Kellie analyzes data from divisional resources, identifying trends, improvement opportunities, benchmarking, and training opportunities.

Tony is Manager Facilities for a Medxcel customer in Washington DC. As the Facility Manager, Tony is responsible for managing the daily operations of the maintenance and facilities departments. He partners with the customer’s leaders to develop, implement, and achieve operational goals. Tony and his team ensure the safe and efficient operation of the medical campus in compliance with applicable regulatory and safety guidelines. He works with associates, vendors, and the customer to drive successful operations and ensure satisfaction of all constituents.
 

Rexanna is a Facility Coordinator for Medxcel at a hospital in Jacksonville, FL. In her role, Rexanna is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office and administrative functions supporting the facilities team members at her customer site. She provides exemplary customer service to both her team and her hospital leaders.  

Kathy is a Construction Project Manager for the Northwest Illinois Region of the Medxcel Planning, Design & Construction organization. In her role Kathy is responsible for managing capital projects at the customer’s medical facilities within her region. She oversees the planning, tracking and ongoing evaluation of each project including scope, scheduling, and budget. 

Cliff is Supervisor, Business Intelligence (BI) and works within the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) at the Medxcel Corporate Office in Indianapolis. In his role, Cliff works closely with the COE Manager, and oversees a team of analysts. He and his team are responsible for facilitating the BI processes used to provide the Medxcel organization with high level analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from both internal and external sources.

Miguel is a Plumber II for Medxcel in Wichita, Kansas. In his role Miguel is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal within the medical facility. Plumbers work cooperatively with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, legislation, and policies are met and assigned projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Carla is a VP of Operations for Medxcel, overseeing facilities management services across multiple sites in her assigned region. Working closely with customers, Carla is responsible for integrated service delivery, customer retention, associate development, and strategic initiatives in her region. Carla works closely with Medxcel and customer leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of goals for all parties. 

In his role William is responsible for maintaining the safety and proper operation of the power plant and associated control structures. He and his team operate, maintain, and adjust boilers, furnaces, engines, pumps, heat exchangers, generators, motors, chillers, cooling towers, heating equipment, lighting, and ventilation and air conditioning equipment within their assigned facilities.  

Jeff is a Medxcel Electrician III in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In his role Jeff assembles, installs, tests, and maintains electrical equipment, appliances, and fixtures. He diagnoses malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment and hand tools, locating the cause of a breakdown and correcting the problem. He inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to proactively identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs to ensure code compliance.

Meet Paul! Paul is a Lead Engineer for Medxcel, responsible for the safe and proper operation of the power plant and associated control structures for a hospital facility in Tulsa, OK.  As the Lead Engineer, Paul is the subject matter expert onsite for all plant operations, and he and his team ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Greg is a Medxcel Fire Tech in Milwaukee, WI. He and his team oversee fire and sprinkler system inspections and maintenance for nine hospitals and several dozen clinics in the greater Milwaukee area.

Scott is a Medxcel Regional Landscape Operations Manager and is responsible for managing all landscaping operations within his division. His teams cover the region of Alabama, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

Andrea is Manager, Procure to Pay and works in the Medxcel corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana. As part of the Procurement team, Andrea leads the development, implementation, operational execution, and monitoring of purchasing activities for Medxcel.
